A Legacy Built Over Generations
Our team began serving Fort Wayne families in 1970 and became officially incorporated on December 17, 1981. Terry and Karen Gleave built the foundation of the company with a clear focus on strong workmanship, honest communication, and service to their community.
As the company grew, their children—Wendy, Adam, and Seth—joined the business and carried on the values they were raised with. Today, all three siblings lead Gleave Construction together, continuing a family legacy more than 50 years in the making.

Co-Owner
Wendy has more than 35 years of experience in fencing and project planning. She understands every step of the process and helps keep projects organized and moving on time. She manages materials, sets quality standards, and guides our crews through each phase.
Adam Gleave
Co-Owner
Adam brings over 30 years of hands-on installation and site experience. He learned the trade working beside his father and understands how soil, layout, and materials affect a fence’s long-term strength. His field knowledge helps every fence meet our standards for durability.
Seth Gleave
Co-Owner
Seth has more than 30 years of experience in construction and fence building. He focuses on the structural parts of each project, including concrete bases, post foundations, and handrail systems. His attention to detail ensures long-term stability for every installation.
